    异域有多远——东南亚蒸排20080301

          异域有多远?一张机票还是一张地图?身未行,味已到,品着来自异域的味道,原来,异域离我们并不远!

    《东南亚蒸排》

    原料:
          小排骨300克、姜黄粉2汤匙、料酒2茶匙、淀粉少许、生抽少许、香茅粉少许、油3-4大匙

    步骤:
          1、将小排骨洗净,然后加入姜黄粉、料酒、淀粉、生抽和香茅粉拌匀,包上保鲜膜放入冰箱腌12小时以上(或过夜)。
          2、起油锅,将腌好的小排骨分别入油锅快速地炸一下,捞出沥干油,然后隔水蒸30分钟即可。

    浣溪小语:
          随手做出的菜,并不来自东南亚,却是用了两种来自东南亚的原料——姜黄与香茅,姜黄是黄咖喱的重要组成,香茅的另一个名字我们更熟悉——柠檬草,他们的组合出的味道是那么完美。
          我爱姜黄的颜色与味道,也爱香茅的气味,趁热赶紧夹一筷入口,立即,你的口腔将会充满东南亚的气息。
